A River Guide Captain Jason Gaurkee

Hello. For those of you who don't know me, I'm Captain Jason Gaurkee. I'm a fully licensed Wisconsin river guide. I've been fishing the waters of Wisconsin for over 30 years. I hold or have held several line class world records for multiple species. In addition, I've hosted television shows, appeared on DVD's, written for some of the biggest outdoor magazines and publications in Wisconsin and beyond. I was also employed of the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources with the Bureau of Fisheries and Habital Protection and graduated from the University of Maryland in 2000.

Our Business

A River Guide service takes your fishing expereince serious. My number one goal is to give you the experience you are seeking. Wheather you are seeking a trophy fish or a bunch of "eaters", I will do what ever it takes to make that happen.

My First Mates

On Occasion I work with other guides and helpers to better accommodate your group's size and or needs. Meet my son Justin. He's my deck hand on most ice fishing outings. Justin's angling accomplishments meet or exceed many serious adult anglers. He's caught 40" pike 30" walleye and 22" smallies and has boated sturgeon bigger than him all in Wisconsin.
